The SEA is a joint
project being undertaken by Faber Maunsell and Metoc plc. Faber Maunsell's
responsibilities cover project management and delivery, SEA techniques/methods
and terrestrial issues. Metoc's role is to provide expertise in marine
environmental assessment, renewable energy devices, and resource assessment.
